How to figure % lost

To make sure we all figure out what the % change is, we visited the Biggest Loser website to find how they do it.

You take the amount lost divided by the starting weight and times that by 100.

For example, you start at 150 lbs for that week and lose 5 lbs in one week.

5/150 = .0333 x 100 = 3.33%

Obviously, we can use that % for each week weight change and for the overall weight change. Let me know if there are any questions.
